paper making workshops in the vicinity.

Lashio, a sprawling town near the Chinese
border, always busy with trade coming to and
from Mandalay and Ruili in China. Shan,
Myanmar, Lisu , Palaung and other ethnic
groups can be seen with their colorful

Chinese Temple, hot springs are the main
tourist attractions of the city. Overnight

Transfer to Railway station at Lashio and
start an early train ride. On the way,
passing through a number of towns and
vegetations on the hill slopes to reach
